Weekly Weigh-in

I haven't posted in a few weeks, because I was bloated and not losing anything. I'm happy to say this morning I'm now down another 4 pounds, which brings the grand total to 129.6 pounds lost! I've switched up my gym routine and have started going M/W/F morning instead of Tu/Th/Sa. It does mean three 4am wake-ups instead of 2, but I'm liking having the weekends off.

The next 3 weekends in a row, I know I'll be going to events where I won't be sticking to my calorie intake. I'm hoping to be able to just maintain for the next 3 weeks, cause I know I won't have a loss those weeks.

You can do it. I'm trying to make sure that I stay on track now that our weight loss challenge is over. I don't want to gain back what I loss before the next one starts.
