Our Jumper

I posted the other day about how Grace surprised me at the Children's Museum and was a lot braver than I expected, well, she shocked me yet again. At our local mall they have an indoor jumpy thing you can do, you need to be between 30-230 pounds to do it. Grace asked to do it. I thought for sure once they strapped her into the harness that she would chicken out and change her mind. I was SO wrong! She loved it!

 On the way home from the mall I happened to look back and catch the babies holding hands!

Trying to get a picture of Emma and Carter together is pretty impossible these days.

I got both babies to sit, but only 1 smile.

Yoga Baby

We have Comcast and on their OnDemand under kids they have an exercise section. Grace loves the yoga, she asks for it all the time, and is pretty good at it!

And yes she makes me take out my yoga mat for her!

Messy Babies

Carter doesn't like eating finger food, so I thought that maybe if I bought the pre-made baby food that had a little texture in it I could slowly get him to get some finger food. So yesterday I bought a few jars of the Stage 3 food. I feed Emma and Carter a jar of what they called lasagna last night, it had a few little pieces of pasta in it.
Emma loved it and got most of it in her mouth!

Carter on the other hand, loved the sauce part, but spit out every little piece of pasta! Notice his nice little pile of spit out pasta on his bib! He's such a goof ball!

But he was so damn proud of himself!

 Well, she become a rolling machine, and will roll herself where ever she wants to go. This leads to Emma getting stuck under everything these days! The funniest part is she things it's hysterical!

 "Hi Mom! Just hanging out under the pack n play!"

 The babies have become so silly lately. They love to get to Grace's toys and will work together to get to them!

 And finally, Emma will hold her own bottle now! Yay, I just got some free hands!

Welcoming

 On Sunday we had a Welcoming for Emma and Carter like we did for Grace. We did our own little made up ceremony in our backyard this time. I will save you from the wordiness of the ceremony, but I'll just add it a few of the things here and there. Feel free to skip the words and just look at the pictures, I promise I won 't take offense!

Three and a half years ago, Cole and I shared our vows of marriage. These vows represented promises we made to each other in order to ensure happiness and dedication as we grow as a married couple for the rest of our lives. Today we are making promises to Carter and Emma with the same love and compassion we had when we made those vows to each other. We vow to keep these promises and exercise them throughout your entire lives.

 Grace was excited about the party but was so mad I wouldn't let her eat before everyone got there.

We would like to thank everyone for coming and helping us celebrate and welcome Carter and Emma into our lives.

Most of all I would like to thank the babies for all of the smiles and the laughs we’ve experienced with them so far and for the thousands that are yet to come. We love you babies and we can’t wait to watch you grow and mature into a beautiful, amazing children.
