I lost 1.5 pounds this week bringing my total to 47.7 pounds lost. I feel so close yet so far away from hitting the 50 pound mark. I feel like I've been so close for a few weeks now. I'm hoping to push past this plateau this week and hit it. I've been doing
C25K for the past few weeks and so far so good. It's been hard, but I've been able to do it. I'm on week 2 and have done 2 out of the 3 days already this week. I'll run the 3rd day tomorrow and depending on how that goes will decide if I add an extra day to week 2 or if I start week 3.
