So, I guess Mondays are going to be my weekly weigh-ins. I did okay the past week, although the past 2 nights I have had some brownies and cookies, tis the season after all, but I made sure I counted them in my daily calorie allowance. My first goal is to lose 10 pounds by 1/11, a month after I started, which should be very doable. As I reach my goals I'll add new ones, just taking baby steps to get where I ultimately want to be!
So, now to the numbers:
3.6 this week
5.9 since 12/11
4.1 more pounds until I reach my first goal
21.9 since before I got pregnant
25.9 since I had Grace
