I lost 2.5 pounds this week, bringing my total weight loss to 40.5 pounds. I'm so excited to finally hit the 40 pounds lost mark. This week I've exercised every single night after the kids all have gone to bed. I have not wanted to exercise at all, but I've made myself. I only need to lose 29.5 pounds to reach my original goal of 70 pounds. I think now I'd like to try to aim for 90-100 pound weight loss come next January.
I hit a rough patch a few weeks ago, but now feel like I'm back where I need to be mentally.
