I am very happy to report I had a good week! I kept my eating very clean and stayed within my calories. I didn't get that many workout in, but we did finally move the treadmill to the kitchen Monday night. I lost 5.5 pounds this week!! That brings my total to 46.2 pounds lost and only 23.8 more pounds until I hit my 70 pound goal! I'm thinking about starting
Couch25K this week, we'll see. I have a stupid chest cold that is holding me back exercise-wise, but hopefully in a few more days it will be gone. I had very few weak moments and craving this week, which is great. That's where I ran into all my problems last week. I hope to have another good week this week and hope for another big loss next week!
