It's that time of the week again! This week I lost another 1.8 pounds, bringing my total since January to 52.5 pounds lost. That means since I gave birth in October I've lost 72.5 pounds. Most of those first 20 pounds were a combo of water weight, 12+ pounds were Emma & Carter, and breastfeeding helped, but it helps when I start to feel down to think about where I was at in October.
Last month I didn't drop a whole lot of pounds but I did lose 6.5 inches overall and 3 inches from my waist! My workout have been going really well and I'm starting to really love boxing! Still not in love with running, but I'm getting through those workouts.
