I had a really good week. I've been able to get to the gym 3 times a week for the past 4 weeks now, and I'm really starting to enjoy it,
except for the whole waking up at 4am thing. I lost 3.3 pounds this week bringing my total lost to 89.7. That means I lost 7.9 pounds total in January, which isn't great, but it's still good. Hopefully now that my body seems to be adjusting to the gym February will be even better.
