I had a pretty good week. There were lots of temptations this past week, with it being Cole's birthday, but I managed to avoid all the cake and ice cream. I lost 1.8 pounds this week, which now brings my total lost to
102.2 pounds! Man, I love seeing triple digit loses now! I've been trying to switch up my cardio every few days to keep me from getting bored. This week I've been hitting the bike and doing 6 miles before lifting weights.
