I've been trying really hard to increase my water intake this week. I've been aiming to drink between 100-140 ounces of water a day. I must admit, it's a lot easier than I thought it would be. This week I lost 2.0 pounds, bringing my total lost to 104.2 pounds. At this point in the game, I'm very happy with a 2 pound loss in a week. As long as I lose between 1-2 pounds each week, then I'm on point to hit my goals.
