Festival of Lights

Friday night we went to the Festival of Lights in town.  It was very nice. It's small which was nice because it was a little chilly, but then it is December in New England, so it wasn't all that bad. Plus it was free! No lines, no traffic, free lights, free hot chocolate, free popcorn, and Santa was there!

I may have gone over board on the layers for Grace. She had on a onesie, a short sleeve shirt, a long sleeved shirt, leggings, heavy knit pants, socks, boots, a heavy knit jacket, a fleece vest, a scarf, mittens, hat, 2 hoods, and a blanket! Poor thing could barely walk...but at least she wasn't cold! I think it probably took me longer to put the layers on and off when we got there, then it did to walk around! That's okay though, it was worth it, and Grace really seemed to like it!

Looking at the lights.

I swear she was happy, she just doesn't look it in the pictures!

I love how big her eyes are in this pictures!

An attempt at a family picture.

Attempting to move in all her clothes.

Playing on the stage.
