Today makes 4 weeks since starting my diet.
I had a rough couple of days this past weekend and went over my calories. I still managed to lose 1.5 pounds since last week though. That puts me at a total of 12.6 pounds in the past 4 weeks.
My goal is to lose a total of 70 pounds by next January, which breaks down to roughly 2 pounds a week. So far I'm averaging roughly 3 pounds a week, so I'm further a long then I need to be, which will be helpful when I hit those plateau weeks.
