I lost 2.3 pounds this week, bringing my total now to 68.4 pounds lost. That means I only need to lose 1.6 pounds to reach my first goal. Now that I'm close to that goal, I'm hoping to lose more like 90-100 pounds by January.
I was feeling down about my weight loss the other day and knew the scale was saying I was losing, but I felt like it wasn't that noticeable. So I decided to dig up some picture of me from December to compare them to now, I feel like it's kind of noticeable in my face.
