Weekly Weigh In

Okay, so it's that time again. I did well this week! I lost 6 pounds and I did the treadmill 3 times, which was my goal. My goal this week is to do the treadmill 3 times this week, improving on my time, distance, and speed, every time. On to the numbers:
6 pound lost this week
17.9 pounds lost in 2009
38.3 pounds lost since before I got pregnant
42.3 pounds lost since I had Grace
52.1 more pounds until I reach my main goal (70 pounds in the year 2009)
