Belt or No Belt...

that is the question. Shakespeare anyone?No? Ok moving on... I'm trying to plan my outfit for Jacob's dedication next Saturday and I need help. I can't decide if it looks better with or without the belt. Do I look like a frumpy old lady without the belt? or Does the belt make me look extra hippy, as in wide hips, not the tree hugging kind? I'm going to make a poll on the side or feel free to leave your opinion in the comments.
